RETURN POLICY

Beauty Tools (15-Day Return Policy)

We accept returns on beauty tools within 15 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date

Once your return is approved and received, all returned items are subject to inspection. If the item meets our return conditions, we will issue a refund to the original payment method (excluding original shipping costs). Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Important: All returns are carefully inspected upon arrival. If a returned beauty tool is received with signs of damage caused after delivery—including but not limited to water damage, liquid exposure, physical impact, drops, misuse, tampering, missing parts, or improper handling—the return will be denied, the item will not be returned to the customer, and no refund or store credit will be issued.

Skincare Products (Final Sale)

For health and safety reasons, all skincare products are final sale.

  • No returns

  • No exchanges

  • No refunds

This applies to all opened or unopened skincare items.

Damaged or Defective Items (Upon Delivery)

If your beauty tool arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if applicable.
